We’re thrilled to welcome to our team, Chef India Innes who has made a name for herself with stints at some of the most prestigious restaurants. India will be working alongside our Head Chef, David Picken and Sous Chef, David Grimley. India started her career as a trainee at Piccolo Teatro in Paris where she caught the eye of Gordon Ramsay. Gordon recognized India’s potential and offered her work experience at the famous Boxwood Café at the Berkeley Hotel (as well as an open invitation to work at any of his restaurants around the world). Missing home, India eventually returned north of the border and has been busy creating culinary magic at some of Scotland’s most popular restaurants.
